Why We Built This
Because Newman Deserved Better
Newman is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Central Valley — 73% population growth since 2000 — yet talented beauty professionals here have had nowhere to call their own. The nearest salon suites are 30+ minutes away in Modesto or Turlock, forcing local stylists, barbers, and estheticians to either work under someone else’s rules or make the long commute.
We saw that gap and decided to close it. Premium Salon Studio was born from a simple belief: the beauty professionals of Newman, Patterson, Gustine, and the surrounding communities deserve a world-class workspace — right in their own backyard.
As part of the Premium Suites family, we bring proven operational excellence, luxury design standards, and a community-first approach to the Newman-Patterson corridor. Our 11 private suites and shared pedicure room are designed to make every professional feel like they own the building — because in every way that matters, they do.

Welcoming lobby, 2 ADA-accessible restrooms, break room, 2 shared shampoo stations, and on-site laundry.
