What is a salon suite?
A salon suite is a private, fully-furnished room within a professional beauty facility. You lease the suite as an independent business owner, set your own schedule, choose your own products, and keep 100% of what you earn — minus only your flat weekly rent.
What’s included in my suite rental?
Every suite includes furniture, equipment, WiFi, all utilities, 24/7 keyless access, security cameras, access to the break room and laundry facilities, free parking, and climate control. Your weekly rate covers everything — no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Do I need a cosmetology license?
Yes. All tenants must hold a valid California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology license (or equivalent state license for their specialty), plus liability insurance. We verify credentials during the application process.
How long are the lease terms?
We offer flexible lease terms starting at month-to-month with a small premium, or 6-month and 12-month agreements at reduced rates. Charter tenants who sign before opening receive 20% off their first 6 months.
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely. We offer day rates starting at $50-$75/day so you can experience the suite life before signing a weekly lease. It’s the perfect way to test the space with your clients and see what independent ownership feels like.
