By accessing or using the Premium Salon Studio website (premiumsalonstudios.com) or renting a salon suite at our Newman, CA location, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Premium Salon Studio provides private salon suite rentals to licensed beauty professionals including hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians, barbers, and related trades. All suite rentals are subject to a separate written lease agreement between the tenant and Premium Salon Studio.

3. Eligibility

To rent a suite, you must: (a) hold a valid, current California professional license in your trade; (b) maintain appropriate professional liability insurance; (c) be at least 18 years of age; and (d) comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

4. Applications and Inquiries

Submitting an application or contact form does not guarantee suite availability or approval. All applicants are subject to review, background verification, and license verification. Premium Salon Studio reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.

5. Payments and Deposits

Suite rental fees, deposits, and any additional charges are outlined in your individual lease agreement. Online payments processed through our website are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to use our website to: (a) transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or spam content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; (c) interfere with security features; (d) upload malicious code or scrape content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Premium Salon Studio name — is the property of Premium Salon Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Premium Salon Studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
